Our New Museum is Shaping Up Inside and Out

Granite stone pavers are being laid on the plaza and the revolving doors are being put into place on the glass pavilions. The building’s interior also continues to take shape with the installation of glass handrails along the observation bridge on the mezzanine level. Wooden fixtures are being installed in the new Museum store. The DuPont changing exhibit gallery is completed and awaiting its first exhibit installation. Carpeting and seating in the main theater have been installed, cabinetry and flooring have been installed in the Learning Center. Display units have been installed in the Take the Case exhibit. Construction and fabrication on the Hall of Remembrance is now complete and ready for installation of exhibits.
